Goals & progress
Clearly defined goals, documented updates, shared milestones, without pressure.
Encouragers by your side
People who cheer you on without pushing. Warmth instead of competition.
Consent & respect
Your goals, your pace. Anyone who pushes gets removed.
What sets gainers apart from feedees
A gainer drives the process themselves, goals, meal plan, updates. A feedee enjoys being spoiled by a feeder. The lines are fluid: many gainers are also feedees, and many feedees describe themselves as gainers too. What matters is being clear in your profile.
How to use Crave as a gainer
- 1. Set goals
One concrete target (kilos, measurements, an outfit), a timeframe, optionally a photo update plan. That makes progress visible and shareable.
- 2. Find encouragers
Filter by the encourager role and message profiles that sound honest. These people support without pushing.
- 3. Share updates
In the feed or via private chat. Who comments, who stays with you, who roots for you, that's how real connections grow.
Gain with sense, three ground rules
- Realistic pace: one to two kilos a month is a healthy amount for most.
- High blood pressure, diabetes, joint issues, check with a doctor first if you have any condition.
- Plateaus are normal. Encouragers help you stay with it without spiralling into stress.
