My first stuffing was a small disaster: what I learned

Stuffing sounds simple: eat a lot. It isn't. Honest tips for anyone who wants to try it.

My first "real" stuffing was a mountain of pasta, a pizza, and a whole bar of chocolate after. Forty minutes later I was lying on the couch, unable to breathe. Hot? No. Educational? Very.

What stuffing actually is

Eating deliberately past the point of fullness, until the belly is visibly full. Some do it once a month as a ritual, others almost daily, some only with a partner. It's not the same as weight gain, gaining is its own topic.

What I did differently the second time

First: don't order everything at once. Better to plan two courses with a 15-minute break between them. The belly needs the moment.

Second: soft stuff. Pancakes, pasta, ice cream, smoothies. Pizza is hard, bread bloats, fried food sits like concrete.

Third: no sparkling water. Carbonation plus a full belly equals nightmare.

Fourth: sit upright, ideally in loose pants. Sounds unsexy, but it's the difference between "mmh" and "I think I need to lie down."

Where it tips

Stuffing should feel good. If you actually feel sick, that's not a success, that's your body showing you the red card. Learning to set your stopping point is the single most important skill in the whole game.

It's nicer with someone

Honestly. Alone it's a snack with consequences. With a feeder who watches, eats along, rests a hand on the belly, that's a whole different league. If you're looking for someone: this way.
