Feeder, feedee, gainer: who's actually who?

The core terms of the feederism scene, explained the way I wish someone had explained them to me. No jargon, no clichés.

The first time I read the word "feedee" I honestly thought: great, another label. Today I know the words aren't there to put people in boxes, they're there so you can find each other at all. Here's my attempt to explain it without sounding like a dictionary.

Feederism, what's it about?

At its core: food, fullness and gaining play an erotic or romantic role. For some it's playful, for others it's identity, for many it's somewhere in between. There is no one right way to do it.

Feeder

The feeder is the one who loves to feed, to spoil, to watch and, yes, often to gently steer. What matters to most feeders: it isn't about "making someone fat", it's about making someone happy who wants exactly this.

Feedee

The feedee is the person who enjoys it, being spoiled, being full, sometimes growing. Sounds simple, but it's a whole world of pleasure, trust and self-acceptance.

And the rest?

  • Gainer: gains on their own initiative, often without a feeder.
  • Encourager: cheers you on and writes motivating messages, but doesn't feed directly.
  • Stuffer: loves eating until full, without necessarily wanting to gain.
  • Mukbanger: likes eating on camera, often with an audience.
  • Switch: feeder today, feedee tomorrow, depending on the mood.

The lines are blurry. Most profiles on Crave fit two or three of these at once, and that's fine.

What nobody says out loud

Consent here isn't a buzzword, it's essential. Talk, set boundaries, keep checking in with each other. If someone tells you that's "unromantic in the moment", walk away.

If the topic makes you curious, have a look around Crave. Real profiles, honest bios, no catfish theater.
