Stuffing safely: an honest how-to for getting full

What stuffing is, how it feels, and how to do it safely, with tips on food choice, pace and aftercare.

For many people in the scene, stuffing is the heart of it: getting deliberately full until you really feel it. Here's a how-to that doesn't read like a medical pamphlet.

What is stuffing, actually?

A meal or session where you deliberately eat more than you normally would, to feel that fullness, physically, emotionally, sometimes erotically.

Before stuffing

  • Start light: smaller breakfast, easy afternoon.
  • Drink: water yes, but not right before the session.
  • Outfit: comfortable. Buttoned trousers become the enemy.

During stuffing

  • Begin with something you love. Pleasure does more than duty-eating.
  • Alternate soft and firm, sweet and savory. Keeps the flow going.
  • Sip water, no fizzy drinks, carbonation fills you up early.
  • Breathe deeply in and out now and then. Gently circle your belly.

When to stop

When your body says "pressure rising": stop. Real nausea isn't a trophy, it's your body helping you.

Aftercare

  • Couch, soft blanket, a warm bottle on the belly.
  • A walk after 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Digestive tea (fennel, caraway, anise).
  • Talk: "how was that for you?", even if it's only you.

With a partner

Set a safeword. Really. "Stop" isn't enough in play, because "no, more" is often part of the fantasy. Pick something unmistakable, like "pineapple".

Hard lines

No stuffing with a cold, a fever, during pregnancy, or a reflux phase. Not right before sleep. Don't push through pain.
